Our Team

Our people are our greatest asset

Resilience management team have over 30 years experience in successfully providing specialist residential and community based services – for children & young adults with autism, learning disabilities, complex needs and additional challenges.

Each of our services has a team of professionals that are passionate about providing person centred care and support for each of our children and young adults. Each service has a bespoke team structure are made up of a Strategy team; Management team; Team Leaders; Senior Support Staff; Support Workers and Key Teams.

Our teams are the key to supporting each young person to: be positive about their differences and uniqueness; to see the world from a different perspective; to make positive life changes; to develop and access opportunities; to improve their life chances; to achieve their goals and aspirations; and to enable each child & and young person to fulfill their potential; be a part of their family and their community

Strategy Team

Our ST are advanced practitioners with a primary role in ensuring that our services are continually improving and consistently excellent throughout.

Management Team

Our managers are experienced; qualified professionals with dual qualifications at level 5 or higher in Health & Social Care and Management

Team Leaders

Our Team Leaders support our managers to provide a quality service with positive approaches and excellent outcomes for all.

Senior Support Staff

Our SSW's are positive social role models and a key worker, for our children and young people and our key support teams.

Support Workers

Our support workers provide each young person with a quality service and enable positive, personalised outcomes.
