Stage 1

Resilience management team have over 30 years experience in successfully providing specialist residential and community based services – for children and young people with autism, learning disabilities, complex needs and additional challenges.

01 Contact Us

We are happy for you to contact us to discuss your situation; your challenges; your current and your future needs. We will offer advice where we can and discuss the services we offer in more detail.

02 Initial Assessment

Our initial assessment is designed to find out your needs; your wishes and your aspirations. It is an assessment that will give us insight and ascertain if our services could effectively meet your needs.

03 Full Assessment

If following our initial assessment it is highlighted that we could meet your needs; and you decide you would like to access one of our service – We will complete a full assessment. This will include information we would like you (or someone who knows you well) to complete – to tell us more about yourself; your family; your needs and your wishes. It will also include a dynamic and impact assessment to give us more information on how we could positively provide a service for you and take into account the other people involved.

04 Agreement

Following our assessments we will meet with you; your family and other stake holders to agree how we can positively move forward

05 Key Team

Our first stage will be to pair you up with a key worker who we feel you will get on well with; and a key team that will spend time getting to know you.

06 Transition Plan

Your key worker and key team will work with you and your family – to plan your new service, with the aim of getting it right from the start

07 A New Start

We understand that change is difficult for anyone and some people find change very difficult. We will work with you and your family, to make sure that change is at your pace and planned in a way that meets your personal needs.

Stage 2

Each of our services has a team of professionals that are passionate about providing person centred care and support for each of our children and young people.

Each service has a bespoke team structure are made up of a Strategy team; Management team; Team Leaders; Senior Support Staff; Support Workers and Key Teams.

Stage 3

We believe that there is no one set therapeutic approach that fits all. For this reason, our approach is a combined bespoke blend of therapies, research, experience and best practice. We utilise our core values and our shared aims throughout our 10 Key Element approach – To develop personalised placements and robust, flexible plans for each young person and their family.

We have a strong belief that every child and young person can achieve – For this reason we are committed to regularly monitoring, measuring, reviewing and improving outcomes with each of our young people, their families and other professionals involved.

09 Next Steps

We understand that each young person is different; they have different goals, wishes, needs and aspirations. They also have different starting points – We always aim to support each young person to achieve different goals and milestones of achievement, within different timescales.

For this reason our plans are always flexible, robust and bespoke to each young person.
